1. Private Driving License: Annual fee of SR 40.
2. Public Driving License: Annual fee of SR 40.
3. Public Work License: Annual fee of SR 100.
4. Motorbike License: Annual fee of SR 20.

Requirements for Obtaining a Driving License:

To be eligible for a driving license in Saudi Arabia, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• The minimum age of 18 years.
• Submission of a medical check-up report.
• Provision of a copy of Civil Affairs ID.
• Submission of six photographs, size (4X6) cm.
• Payment of the required fees.
• A file to store documents.

Application Process:

1. Registration on the Absher Platform:

• Visit the Absher Platform and select "Issuing a Driver's License".
• Book an appointment in a driving school for theoretical testing. If holding a valid international or foreign license, jump to step 6.

2. Application Acceptance and Registration Verification:

• Upon acceptance, a verification message will be sent.

3. Complete Required Hours and Stages:

• This includes medical examination, practical, and theoretical stages, supervised by the General Traffic Department.

4. Exemption for Holders of Valid Foreign Licenses:

• Applicants with recognized international or foreign driving licenses may be exempt from tests.

5. Follow-up and License Status:

• To check the status, log back into your Absher account and navigate through [My Services] > [Inquiries] > [Traffic] > [Public Query Driving License], enter required details and view your license information.

6. Pre-requisites for Application:

• Active Absher account, minimum age of 18 years, payment of required fees, and a medical examination from certified centers.
